- Is it safe to use my credit card on Furnifity’s website?
Furnifity’s checkout is powered by Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance covers all six PCI standard categories: maintaining a secure network, protecting cardholder data, maintaining a vulnerability management program, implementing strong access control measures, regularly monitoring and testing networks, and maintaining an information security policy.

You will be charged as soon as your order is processed, which can take up to one hour.

If you place your order before 1:00 PM ET Monday - Friday, it will ship the same day. All orders placed on weekends will ship the following business day.

- Where do Furnifity orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Bernardino, California.

Yes. You will receive a shipment information email, which includes a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours before tracking your order

No. But please expect us to ship internationally in the future.

Furnifity accepts returns and exchanges unused products within 30 days of purchase.
